The CEO of
Court Service, Inc., E. C. Genter, known as Chuck to his friends but called names much less pleasant by others, has spent his entire adult life in law enforcement.
As a teenager, he worked as a courier and surveillance agent with The Greater Miami Detective Agency, and graduated tenth in his class from Metro Dade’s Police Academy Class #39, with honors in each discipline studied. After graduation, he joined the Coral Cables Police Department and subsequently founded
Results Detective Agency, Inc.
After leaving the Coral Gables Police force to devote more time to
Results Detective Agency, Inc., Chuck was recruited by Eastern Airlines as a Sky Marshall, a position he held until the company ceased operations. Immediately, the U. S. Marshall’s Office recruited him and he served as a Deputy U. S. Marshall working in the Federal Prisoner Transport Program.
Ultimately, however, Chuck decided to direct all his energy into
Results Detective Agency, Inc., providing the same services now offered by
Court Service, Inc. Results Detective Agency, Inc. brought in numerous national and international bond revocations (the romantic name for this is “bounty hunter” – though bounty hunting is not what television and the movies make it out to be). The agency was especially prolific in vehicle repossessions, bringing in literally thousands of repos.
Chuck and
Results Detective Agency, Inc. conducted successful private investigations in both the civil and criminal fields. He has been awarded the Key to the City of Miami and named Investigator of the Year, and worked both covert and overt assignments for some very big names.
Currently, Chuck is a member of the Georgia Alliance of Professional Process Servers, and is licensed as a private detective in Alabama. He was a founding member of the Dade County Process Servers Association, the first pilot program in the country for private process servers, and a founding member of the second such program in the country, the Monroe County Florida Keys Association in neighboring Monroe County.
Tired of battling Florida hurricanes, Chuck relocated to South Georgia and pretty much did the same thing all over, again founding several Process Server Associations in Georgia. He can put his money where his mouth is. Because he’s been there, done that. Several times.
They can run but they cannot hide. He has devoted his entire professional life to making that statement the literal truth.
In the past five years, Chuck has attended continuing education courses at the Georgia Public Service Center in Fi.Fa. and Levying, Civil Process, Evictions, Court Room Security, and Domestic Violence.
